This composition is based on an intuitive idea of rotation around reference elements. Once better defined, this idea has been used in various ways to process the materials present in the electronic part, which interact with those coming from the clarinet. The idea of repetition has been reinterpreted as a metaphor carrying the electronic discourse.
In MaxOut!, echo is not understood as the textual repetition of an event but also as a way to emphasize and reintroduce spectral, density, polyphony, and rhythm variations, expanding and broadening the possibilities of the clarinet itself. This creates the illusion of an instrument that carries with it an electronic column continuously surrounding it. The electroacoustic orchestration is sometimes violent and constantly renews itself, assuming a linking role between the materials proposed by the clarinet.
mitation, movement, and the continuous articulated rhythm of the electronics create a sense of homogeneity throughout the composition and contribute to the continuous renewal of the phrases proposed, in contrast to the apparent staticity and simplicity of the instrumental part. The rhythmic structures have been organized similarly. The piece ends with the clarinetist fading out on a rhythmic pattern, leaving space for an electronic multiphonic, the breath of life of the entire composition.
